How our Apprenticeship Recruitment Service can support you to find an Apprenticeship
Published: 9th of February 2026
Our Apprenticeship Recruitment Service will:
Connect you with high-quality apprenticeship opportunities across the region
We advertise live vacancies on our website with some of the most exciting employers in the region, and work directly with you to match your skills, strengths and career aspirations with the right roles.
Alternatively, if you already have an employer lined up to work with, we can support you through the process of making it official.
Help you to apply for a vacancy
When you’ve found a vacancy that ticks all the right boxes, you can make an application through our website.
We can help you apply if you need a hand, just let us know using the contact details at the end of this article.
Support you through the interview process
As an Apprenticeship balances full-time work with training, you will need to have an interview with the employer if you’re shortlisted.
Don’t worry, though, it’s nothing to worry about. Interviews are in place to make sure the role is right for you and you’re right for the role.
We will support you to make sure that you’re ready for your interview, so that you feel prepared and confident.
Make sure that you settle into your Apprenticeship
As soon as you’ve been successful in an interview, we will work with you to make sure you’re ready for your first day.
We’ll help you with things like where you need to go on your first day, who you will be meeting, what you need to wear, what you can expect and any other questions you have.
You’ll also be introduced to a Training and Assessment Facilitator who will support you throughout your Apprenticeship.
Answer any questions you have about Apprenticeships
Not sure where to start or just have a few questions that you need clearing up? We’re more than happy to help. Send us an email using the details below and we’ll be in touch.
Why choose an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship offers the best of both worlds. You’ll be employed full-time, earning a wage, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification and developing valuable, job-ready skills.
Most of your time will be spent gaining hands-on experience with an employer in your chosen industry, alongside structured college learning or independent study. In short, you’ll learn, earn, and gain a qualification.
How to get started as an Apprentice
There are two ways to apply for an Apprenticeship through Apprenticeships+:
- Apply directly for a live apprenticeship vacancy
- Apply for the apprenticeship you’d like to study and find an employer yourself
You can also sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest Apprenticeship opportunities.
